As the office manager at Dr. K’s, I bring a blend of organization, positivity, and dedication. With over a year and a half of experience in this role, I enjoy supporting both staff and patients and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. I am also fluent in English and Spanish.
I hold an active RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) license, which allows me to understand the clinical side of orthodontics while managing the administrative aspects with confidence and care. My approach is rooted in kindness and joy; I genuinely love what I do.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids and happily married to my incredible husband. Balancing family and career is a challenge I embrace wholeheartedly, and I bring that same energy and commitment into my professional life every day.

I’m Tanya, the Treatment Coordinator at Dr K’s. I’ve been a part of this amazing team since 2003, helping patients understand their treatment plans and feel confident about their orthodontic journey. While I am also a Registered Dental Assistant, my true passion lies in connecting with patients and guiding them through the process of planning their treatment and exploring financial options.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married with two grown children and two beautiful granddaughters. We are all remarkably close and enjoy doing things together. I love all things outdoors and never miss a chance to be at a dirt track race or two! I bring energy, experience, and a whole lot of heart to everything I do.
Hi! I’m Chelsey, the clinic manager here at Doctor K’s Orthodontics. I’ve been in the dental field for over 16 years and am a Registered Dental Assistant. I love what I do and enjoy helping patients feel at ease throughout their orthodontic journey. When I’m not at the office, you can usually find me cuddling my kitties or spending time with my husband-we’ve been together for over 13 years! I’m a proud cat mom, and I truly enjoy the little things that make life feel full. I’m thankful to be part of such a positive, patient-focused team.
With nine years of dedicated service at Dr. K Orthodontics, I bring a deep commitment to patient care and operational excellence in my role as the Insurance and Appointment Coordinator. I specialize in navigating insurance communications with precision and empathy – ensuring every patient’s journey is smooth from start to finish. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every patient and proud to be part of a team that is transforming lives, one smile at a time.
Outside of the office, I am a proud pet parent to three lively dogs and one curious cat. My mornings begin with Starbucks in hand, and I unwind by diving into a good book or exploring new video games.

With 10 years of experience at Dr. K’s, I’ve built a career I truly love. I’ve been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2015, specializing in orthodontics, and while this wasn’t the path I originally planned after earning my bachelor’s degree in Communication from Arkansas Tech University, it has truly been a blessing.
I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. The positive and supportive environment, the amazing team I consider friends, and the wonderful patients I get to care for make it easy to love what I do. I’m known for my friendly nature, constant smile, and good sense of humor—I believe making people feel comfortable starts with kindness and a little laughter.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two (with baby number three—a girl!—on the way), and I cherish spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I’m also a big fan of the outdoors and love playing pickleball whenever I can.

As an orthodontic appointment coordinator at Dr. K’s office, I’m committed to delivering a welcoming and seamless experience for each patient. I manage all aspects of scheduling so that appointments align perfectly with patients’ needs and treatment timelines.
I graduated as a Registered Dental Assistant from the Accelerated Dental Academy in March 2023. I’m 36 years old and have two children. I am a member of the New Prospect Missionary Baptist church. I love to cook and enjoy spending time with my children.

I serve as a primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the very first phone call. I manage scheduling, patient communication, and day-to-day coordination to help keep the office running efficiently. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish to assist our Hispanic community.
I have two dogs, and I love going to church here at Russellville NLC. I love sushi, and I love to walk the trails. When I’m not at work, I am working out or traveling and exploring.

As the records coordinator at Dr. K’s clinic, I play a key role in supporting orthodontic treatment planning through the precise capture of diagnostic imaging. My primary responsibilities include taking high-quality dental X-rays, intraoral and extraoral digital photographs, and performing intraoral scans to assist Dr. K in creating accurate and effective treatment plans.
In addition to imaging, I contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic by assisting with instrument sterilization and maintaining strict hygiene protocols. I am also a flexible team member, always ready to assist where needed to ensure patient care and clinic efficiency. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
I have one dog, and I attend Iglesia Pentecostal de Russellville (IPDR). I love to travel and hang out with my family and friends. I also love shopping!
